  John Sahakian’s classes are for all-levels, but he cautions you, how we breathe is how we live. “If you want to improve your life, learn to breathe better. It’ll really help, just as breath really helped as our Mother’s body poured each one of us into this world.”

The practice of hatha “THREE CIRCLE FLOW” gives us the opportunity to breathe, move, and balance, cultivating physiological homeostasis. When all three are aligned we experience vitality and well-being within the dynamic dance of existence where subtle energies become more obvious, and an opening to wisdom, insight & Spirit is created. Our ability to be inspired, yet peaceful, grounded, yet ecstatic as we engage life depends on our awareness and understanding of breath as the most powerful tool we have available to us in the yoga room and the world. John’s classes focus on yogic breathing, aligning breath with movement, core energy strength, self-adjusting through breath, true balance in standing poses, and total relaxation.

John Sahakian is a certified Breath Therapist & Stress Management Consultant specializing in “workplace stress.” He teaches Complete Breath Yoga AKA: THREE CIRCLE FLOW, & is working on a book about using breath to better manage stress in our lives, & is a Clinical Hypnotherapist in residency.
