Alright Yogis, saddle up with Ally Hamilton and Charlie Samos for another Rockin Ranch Yoga Retreat to Saguaro National Park in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona.

We'll be kickin it at the gorgeous, rustic yet amazingly comfortable White Stallion Ranch, situated on 3,000 acres of wide-open land at the foot of the ruggedly beautiful Tucson Mountains.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE RETREAT:

Mornings begin with a delicious breakfast, although you'll want to enjoy in moderation because a deep sweaty flow class will soon ensue. Some days we'll have lunch on the ranch, some days we'll pack a lunch and venture out into the terrain, either way, INCREDIBLE hiking every day, AND horseback riding (you'll be assigned your own horse on the first day and the two of you will get to know one another throughout the week!) We'll wrap up each day with a late afternoon yoga class, followed by a dangerously delicious dinner (being a dude ranch, there are plenty of non-vegetarian delights, but all dietary restrictions are accommodated with style... the gluten-free cookies were off the charts, topped only by the great Uncle Josh ;)

New to horseback riding? Expert instruction available for newbies, and every day there are slow rides, and fast rides for more advanced riders.

Plenty of good options at night, too: desert star-gazing, campfires, hot tub... the swimming pool is open 24 hours, too.... billiards, a rec room for the kids (this place is SUPER kid-friendly, and families are encouraged to join us), even a 30-seat movie theater on the premises.
